This upcoming Yom Kippur, we invite you to take a moment for deep spiritual growth and to embark on the new year feeling more connected and vital than ever

The 40-day journey of Heshbon Nefesh and Teshuva that begins in Elul, leading up to Yom Kippur, invites us to a deep dive into ourselves and our lives. It's a chance to question: What drives our actions? What are our core values? How aligned are we with our authentic selves? Within us lies a profound and sacred potential, and on this holiest of days, we seek to reconnect with this deeper part of ourselves.

Join us for a 3-day in-depth retreat to experience the heart of Yom Kippur

We will practice mindfulness techniques, connect with the wisdom of Jewish tradition, and together journey through one of the most significant gates of the Hebrew calendar - a gate offering a profound opportunity for transformation and renewal on the conscious, psychological, spiritual, and collective levels.

  • Silent meditation with instruction

  • Chanting

  • Movement, dialogical and reflective meditations

  • Personal & group meetings with teachers

We will experience a range of opportunities for deepening and connecting to the space of prayer, both through traditional Yom Kippur prayers and through alternative spiritual prayer spaces. The tools and experiences in the retreat will support our hearts, minds, bodies and souls in journeying through the themes and possibilities that Yom HaKippurim presents.

The retreat is conducted mostly in silence, with the exception of group sessions and personal conversations with the teachers.
